Binarial at FP Innova 2025: Mobile Robotics as a Driver of Transformation

FP Innova: mobile robotics can be integrated into sectors as diverse as tourism, logistics, and agriculture.

We are pleased to share our participation in the Congress on Innovation in Vocational Education, FP Innova 2025, held from March 26 to 28 at the Cidade da Cultura de Galicia, Santiago de Compostela.

This event, organized by the Consellería de Educación, Ciencia, Universidades e Formación Profesional, has established itself as a benchmark in the dissemination of didactic and technological innovation in the community.

During the congress, we had the opportunity to present several of our mobile robots applied in various innovative projects. Below, we detail our participation in each of them.

Follow Me 5.0

In collaboration with CIFP Universidade Laboral, we participated in the “Follow Me 5.0” project, which combines the professional families of electricity and electronics with hospitality and tourism.

This intelligent system allows our mobile robots to assist users in tourist environments, autonomously guiding them through different facilities and providing relevant information in real time.

Our robot Compy can adapt to hospitality environments.

Receptrónica: Robotics, AI, and Extended Reality in Hotel Reception

Alongside CIFP de Vilamarín, we collaborated on “Receptrónica,” a project that integrates intelligent technologies, robotics, artificial intelligence, and extended reality in hotel reception.

Our mobile robots play a key role in automating reception tasks, improving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience in hospitality establishments.

Intelligence Picking: Warehouse Automation System Using Mobile Robotics and AI

We participated in the development of this advanced system that helps optimize product management and picking.

Our robots help improve operational efficiency, reducing errors and processing times in logistics environments.

Precision Agriculture in Local Galician Crops

We participated in the project, together with IES Plurilingüe de Valga, which integrates the professional families of agriculture, electricity and electronics, mechanical manufacturing, and installation and maintenance.

Our mobile robots are applied in agricultural tasks, collecting real-time data and assisting in decision-making to improve efficiency and sustainability of local crops.

Our versatile robotic system can adapt to any
type of crop to perform tasks automatically.

Additionally, although we did not actively participate, we collaborated with the “3D-RECOPLAS” project, an initiative developed by IES Politécnico de Vigo that seeks to leverage 3D printing as a tool for plastic recycling, integrating knowledge from various industrial fields. We enjoy supporting initiatives that combine sustainability and technology.

FP Innova 2025 allowed us to demonstrate how mobile robotics can be integrated into sectors as diverse as tourism, logistics, and agriculture.

Beyond presenting technology, we were able to exchange ideas, explore new applications, and connect with educational centers and companies that share our vision of automation.

We believe that the key to digital transformation lies in developing solutions that are not only innovative but also accessible and applicable in the daily operations of companies. We continue to advance with the purpose of taking industrial automation one step further.
